To be an effective communicator you must tell stories that nurture, comfort, and motivate internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational Storytelling helps you identify, organize, and tell the important stories about you, your department, your organization and its products and services.
It takes you beyond theory to actual practice and is an excellent team building exercise. Organizational Storytelling works with our natural affinity to listen to and tell good stories.
During training participants will use their cell phones (or audio-visual capability will be provided) during the first four hours to record themselves using the techniques learned. Each participant will then present during the second four hours with a video demonstrating mastery of the skills and techniques.

I participated in the Leadership Training program that you facilitated at Zoll. Today was actually my last class. First, I would like to thank you. It was a pleasure to participate in your training session. I truly enjoyed the experience. I knew a lot of the information that we reviewed in the program and exhibit many of the leadership qualities on a regular basis, but I also gained a lot of knowledge and useful information that I have been able to apply to my professional and personal life. I believe you did an amazing job! You’re very insightful, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I also enjoyed and appreciated you sharing some of your personal experiences with the group. I love your perspective on life and appreciate your contribution to making this world a better place. As a NY Giants fan, I would have preferred less NE Patriot references lol.
