This course offers a comprehensive overview of supply chain management (SCM) and its role in business strategy. It covers core concepts including demand management, priority planning, supply management processes, inventory control, and continuous improvement. Participants will learn to apply effective SCM strategies, explore the latest tools and methodologies, and understand how to improve efficiency and resilience within the supply chain to achieve competitive advantage.
This course is designed for professionals working in and supporting supply chains. Typical company attendees include people new to supply chain, those in supply chain who want a more understanding of how they work, and those transferring into supply chain from another career area or industry.
